Opening

Weekend

More than 50 years ago, Mel and Jimmie Koch purchased the Cutty Sark Motel. Over the years, they expanded their unique vacation stays to span the whole block of 37th street, preserving historic vacation homes from the early 1900s.

Since then, it has been a true family business — the kind of place where guests return summer after summer, bringing their children, and eventually their grandchildren, back to the same stretch of beach on 37th Street.

This year we are carefully restoring the Cutty Sark with the same intention and care — as a welcoming, familiar place where vacations feel personal and unhurried. We can’t wait to welcome you and share this family tradition with many generations to come.
