Our full efficiencies offer a wonderful view of the ocean from your private balcony. We offer two types of efficiency units – one with two double beds or one with one double bed and a sleeper sofa. Each of our efficiencies is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, sink & all your dishes, pots and pans – everything a family of four needs to prepare light meals.

Each unit has cable TV & air conditioning and daily maid service. Parking is available for one car per unit. A dip in our heated pool is the perfect way to end a day at the beach. Simply bring your beach towels and have fun. We look forward to having you as our guests.

RESERVATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
The first two nights deposit is required to confirm your reservations. We can accept your personal check if received 30 days before your arrival date. Less than 30 days we accept Money Orders, Certified Check, Bank Check, Travelers Check all written on a U.S. Bank and in U.S. Funds. We can accept MasterCard and VISA... the Credit Cards are processed by a third party and there is a fee. A two week written notice is required for refund in a cancellation of efficiency in the Hotel. A cancellation fee is charged.

Cottages refunded when rebooked at same rates for same dates.
